How are coaches selected?
All Cranford Soccer Club coaches are volunteers who are willing to devote their time to assist in developing the young soccer player.  Recreational Program coaches are select from the volunteers that step forward or are chosen by request if the Club does not receive enough volunteers.

Travel Coaches are selected from a group of volunteers, however, unlike Recreational Program coaches, Travel coaches must complete an F-License course in order to be eligible to coach a team.  An F-License is obtained after completing a 2 day training and information program offered through the State.

All coaches are provided with the necessary equipment and handbooks that describe the rules of the game, good coaching techiques, and strategies for effective practices.

The Cranford Soccer Club is a not-for-profit volunteer organization, whose goal
is to help foster the enhancement and development of soccer for all ages and abilities.
