1st Grade Soccer Academy Program Option: $85.00 optional cost in addition to Rec1 Soccer program.
The CSC Academy Program offers additional formal training - by professionals not parent coaches - for Rec1 & Rec2 players. The main objective of the Academy Program is to promote & emphasize the technical abilities of young soccer players who wish to further develop their soccer skills in a more training-intensive environment.  This is designed for the player who would like to take their skills to a higher level and more fully prepare for the skills desired to compete in the Travel Soccer Program or Intercounty Soccer in 3rd Grade. Rec-1&2 players may register for the Academy Program in addition to their commitment to the Rec-1&2 Program, but the Academy Program is in no way a pre-requisite to Travel Soccer in 3rd Grade. The Program will be held on Monday afternoon/early evenings and run for 8 weeks during the Rec1/2 season. Each session will be 60 minutes. This Spring 2012 we are decreasing the player to trainer ratio thereby creating a more personal and individualized training environment in which the kids can learn, have fun and grow.
