New Refund Policy
EFFECTIVE DATE: JUNE 1st, 2010

Request For Refund – Recreational Soccer

Once a player has registered, $15 is non-refundable. If a player cancels before the program registration closes, all but $15 is refunded.  No refunds will be granted after registration closes (deadline).  By requesting a refund, you are also asking that your child not be placed on a team.   There will be no team uniforms provided for children who are not on teams. Refund exceptions include:

  • If we, the Cranford Soccer Club, are unable to place a player on a team, 100% is refunded.
  • If a player has a season precluding injury pre-season, 100% is refunded.

Players whose families are relocating out of Cranford are subject to these policies as well.

Your registration is not complete until we receive your payment in full.  Your child will not be considered for a team until payment is received.  Credit card payments are processed immediately.  If you’re paying by check, please make your check payable to “Cranford Soccer Club” and mail it to Cranford Soccer Club, PO Box 903, Cranford, NJ 07016.  Along with your check, please enclose a copy of your registration confirmation.  Remember, your registration is not complete until you receive a confirmation.  We need to receive your check within 5 days of your registration or your child may be placed on the wait list.

Request For Refund – Travel

No refunds will be provided for any registered Travel player.

For Travel Players, registration and payment to the Cranford Soccer Club is required prior to receiving your State Approved Player Pass.  Without a Player Pass, your child will not be able to play in any games.

If your child has completed the Fall Season in Travel Soccer and he/she decides not to play in the spring, no refunds whatsoever will be made under any circumstances.

Please contact Jason Quinones at JPAQuinones@gmail.com for refund requests or questions regarding the Cranford Soccer Club Refund Policy.
